Below are some of the frequently asked questions that we receive from our visitors. If you have any further questions, please contact us.

1.    Where are you located?

Our sales office and plant is located at: 2222 N.W. 21st terrace Miami, Florida 33142.

2.    What are your hours of operation?

Our hours of operation are Monday to Friday from 7:00a.m. – 4:30p.m. Saturday 9:00a.m. – 1:00p.m. Closed on Sundays and December holidays.

3.    What flavors do you offer?

Our disco dough products are manufactured using high quality, all natural ingredients. Our signature recipe is our flour-based discos, available in (2) two flavors, original & hojaldre type dough; however, we also offer whole-wheat grain dough, which is only available upon request as special order.

4.    What colors do you offer?

We offer white natural dough as well as yellow colored dough, so that you can distinguish Empanada (turnover) filling contents when making different varieties.

5.    Do you have ready-to-go discos?

Yes, we carry the traditional white, hojaldre, and yellow colored dough ready to be shipped. Our whole-wheat grain dough is made-to-order. For details on lead times, please contact our sales department.

6.    When can I come in for sampling?

Anytime during our hours of operation, however it is best to call a sales representatives to make sure all your questions are answered properly.

7.    Do I need an appointment?

Appointments are not necessary, though recommended for special meetings. They can be made by calling our sales office during our hours of operation.

8.    How much time before an event do I need to place an order?

In order to assure availability we recommend that orders be placed at least three days in advance plus normal shipping time.

9.    What is the price of your dough?

Our prices vary depending on size, color, and flavor (please refer to product price listing). We also offer discounts based on order volumes. Please call one of our sales representatives for further information.

10.    Do you deliver?

Yes, we deliver our product FREE of charge to customers within a 3-mile radius from our facility, all other deliveries are charged to the customer. We also contract FedEx/UPS and/or private carriers for shipping to just about any location throughout the United States.

11.    How do I place an order?

You can send us your purchase order or by downloading the provided order form and fax or email us or simply call one of our sales representatives.

12.    Do you provide corporate accounts?

We offer this to customers that purchase high volumes of our product. Contact our sales department for further information.
